PT Intra Golflink Resorts (IGR) is a limited liability company established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, having its principal office at Hanurata Graha 2^nd floor, Jl. Kebon Sirih No. 67-69, Jakarta 10340.

Based on Deed No. 51 dated 27 October 2005, made by Robert Purba, SH, Notary in Jakarta, IGR is approved to have subsidiaries, in which IGR has majority shareholding. The subsidiaries established to be responsible in operation and maintenance of each golf course and its facilities are as follows :

1. PT New Kuta Golf and Ocean View, who will operate New Kuta Golf located in Pecatu, Bali.


2. PT Belitung Golf and Resorts, who will operate Black Rocks in Belitung.


3. PT Palm Hills Golf & Country Club Resorts, who manages the operation of Palm Hill Golf & Country Club located in Sentul, West Java.
